Engage, transform, flourish

The Bizverse Cloud is a Backend-as-a-Service that facilitates the multi-enterprise platform models of the new digiconomy. It offers an asset-light solution that allows enterprises to bridge the gap between the old and new economies, enabling user organizations to engage their people and their trading partners in new and innovative ways. It maximizes the value of existing business investments, and massively extends opportunities for market engagement. Collaborative ventures can easily be formed and integrated into the Bizverse ecosystem to facilitate sales, finance, supply chain inclusion, services, aggregated procurement and more.

What it provides

The Bizverse Cloud provides user-organizations with cloud-based workspaces for information storage; an extensible B2B platform with a multi-faceted access facade that incorporates a universal UI, G-Suite integration, and conversational-style user interaction; an open RESTful application programming interface (API) with a no-code application framework for creating custom applications - including business intelligence (BI) and work-flow functionality - as well as a unified integration platform (UIP) and built-in IoT enablement.

Simply put: the Bizverse Cloud is a 3rd platform offering that helps user organizations structure, instrument and digitize their business processes, intellectual property, know-how and management practices - transforming information into digital assets.

How it works

  1. Join the Bizverse
  2. Register as a Bizverse User and get a new Workspace (or connect to your organization's existing Workspace)

To register as a Bizverse user is gratis. You can also create a free Workspace to store your organization digital assets (up to 2 GB).

    +

Registering is easy - simply sign-in to your preferred Google account (or create one if you do not yet have one); then visit www.bizverse.biz using your preferred browser. If you are not yet registered, the Bizverse UI will guide you through a simple registration process.

Once you've registered, ask your Workspace Administrator to give you access to your organization's Workspace. You can also create new Workspaces (when you create a new workspace you automatically become its administrator).

  3. Setup Your Bizverse Profile
  4. Create a profile that tells your organization's 'story'

The organization’s profile serves as its face in the Bizverse Cloud, and the Web at large. It identifies your organization to others that you can interact with, explaining who you are, where you operate, your product and service offerings, your capacity, certifications, and so forth.

    +

You can selectively expose specific aspects of your organization's profile to targeted audiences: prospects, customers, suppliers and partners. Once you have registered, access your Workspace; then use the Bizverse Profile workbench in the Master Data portal to complete as much of the profile information as you think will be useful. Over time, as the need arise, you can complete more aspects of the profile.

  5. Get and Use Apps
  6. Activate and use the gratis apps that came with your Bizverse workspace

When you create a new workspace a number of free and gratis apps are provided for use with your new workspace, including Assets, Contracts, HR, Fulfillment, Procurement, Master Data and more...

    +

A number of core apps are immediately available for use by the Administrator - the Workspace Explorer, Master Data, Community Engagements, and Workspace Control portals. To activate the other free apps is easy - sign in and go to Workspace Subscriptions using the Settings menu; select the app you want and click Activate...

The Workspace Administrator can also authorize other users to access and use these apps. Also check out the subscription-based offerings provided by our partners...

  7. Connect With Your Trading Partners
  8. Enrol in your trading partners' community hubs

Some of your trading partners may offer the ability to connect directly into their supply chain networks; such opportunities are typically presented as invitations to join their online communities.

    +

To connect with a Trading Partner, simply click the call-to-action link provided by the partner, and follow the simple instructions provided.

  9. Orchestrate Your Information Architecture
  10. Compose unified information objects from disparate data sources

The Bizverse provides a Unified Integration Platform (UIP) that enables you to access all your data regardless of source, dynamically composing all the distributed "bits and pieces" into rich unified information objects that are based on a standard semantic model.

    +

Data composed in this manner can be used for ETL/ELT-style integration, for performance management - dashboards, scorecards and reports - and as input for consolidated management consoles, which can in turn feed data back to connected systems.

  11. Setup Your Own Partner Networks
  12. Create integrated supply chains and platform business models

Besides the ability to join the collaboration networks of trading partners, you can also setup business networks that you manage and own. These B2B networks allow you to seamlessly interact with network members, automating the coordination of demand-supply relationships.

    +

To create a Bizverse-based community (B2B network), simply join the Bizverse Partner Programme. As a partner, you are provided with a Community Management portal and tools that allow you to easily setup and manage your online communities.

  13. Develop Your Own Bizverse Apps
  14. Compose business applications without writing program code

The Bisverse Cloud includes a no-code application framework that provides an easy way to build sophisticated applications without having to hand-code logic, setup databases or paint any screens.

    +

With the Bizverse's ontology-based approach you can easily create and integrate apps to fill any gaps in your existing application portfolio. Users can construct sophisticated applications by using metadata object templates that are provided by the composer. The framework also includes an industrial-strength unified integration service (UIS) for integrating with ERP, CRM and other application systems used by your organization.

To create a business application you simply focus on specifying the business objects of the application you require. These object definitions comprise the metadata needed by the Bizverse API and UI to dynamically render all the required application functionality, including an appropriate user interface, processing behaviour and data storage.

  15. Commercialize Your IP
  16. Digitize and distribute your intellectual property

Use the Bizverse Cloud to commercialize your digital wares - software tools, assessment and survey instruments, workbook templates, analysis and planning tools, best practice repositories, dashboards, specialized application portals and more.

    +

Billing models supported include subscription, one-time payment, perpetual license, pay-as-you-go/pay-per-use, advertising model and periodic invoice presentation. Besides credit cards, a number of electronic payment platforms are supported, including PayPal, Due, Stripe, WePay, Google Wallet and more.

Standard market-engagement functionalty provided by the Bizverse Cloud includes internal offerings catalogues, integrated external catalogues, and the Bizverse partner store.
