Research forum concept in terms of intent - utilization of a digital backbone to establish a borderless ecosystem where members can trade and collaborate free and unencumbered
(i) Existence of similar associations determined; (ii) Scope of offered versus required services determined; (iii) Legal structure requirements determined;
Research unfulfilled member needs against backdrop of current offerings by collectives such as leagues and business chambers
Clear understanding of what is currently on offer, and the extent to which needs are addressed, and whether the forum's proposed existence is justified
Research possible solutions to risks and threats coming from political and state sources (EWC, riots, socialists, etc.)
